Specialty Programs

Kids Self-Defense Program

This course specializes in children being able to take care of themselves from other kids.

We are also teaching them how to deal with the situation so they know when and why they are doing that specific technique so they are not getting in trouble with the school system.

This program toughens up the kids, gives them confidence and all the while they are having fun, but still developing discipline and a respect for authority.

This program also helps kids to learn how to deal with the stress of confrontation and not to  become bullies themselves.

Women's Self-Defense Program

This course specializes in rape prevention it is not about a bunch of techniques, but a strategy on how to act, what to look for and how to plan your escape.

Of course there are techniques to learn, but they are secondary to being rape safe savvy shall we say.

The techniques are not strength orientated they are made for the smaller and weaker person to overcome a larger and stronger assailant. We advocate trying these moves and principles / concepts on friends to prove they work.

Bouncer Program

This course specializes in how to deal with people, how to talk to them, how to move with them and how to deal with them ( remember it is nothing personal it is just a job ).

The techniques taught are geared to taking someone out safe with your safety being the priority and the patrons safety considered.  The techniques will be based on one doorman taking someone out and if two doormen decide to deal with the situation.

The techniques are not strength orientated they are made for the smaller and weaker person to overcome a larger and stronger resisting patron.

I have been bouncing since 1989 until Oct of 2008 and I can prove my strategies and concepts work.

Law Enforcement Program

This course specializes in the ability to restrain an aggressive person in a way that you are able to handcuff them or for security guards to keep the aggressor under control.

We have two different types of programs one for officers of the law and one for security guards since the two types of professions require a slight different way to deal with the public with in the confines of the law.

The techniques are not strength orientated but they do require practicing them against a live resisting opponent who is hell bent on making sure that what you have learned doesn't work.

Street Self-Defense Program

This course is about getting home safely, not beating someone to a pulp.  The difference between fighting and self-defense is:

The only reason you should ever be fighting is because you are protecting someone who can't run away with you like your 5 year old child who is with you when you get attacked.

This course is about escape when you are grabbed or cornered or taken down to the ground and someone is trying to restrain you or strike you.

This course is not about a boxing or kickboxing type of situation, run or just keep backing up until you get home or somewhere safe. This is about someone attacking you and you need away out.

Street Fighting Program

This course specializes in the concept of you have to fight, there is no walk away option, it's about survival and defeating someone who could be much bigger and stronger than you.

This program emphasizes strategy, setups with body language and verbal statements.  The techniques are straight to the point maximum damage with the least amount of effort and geared to your body and fitness levels.

This program has core techniques and strategies but is then taught by your reaction to the situation and that is how it becomes unique to each individual.
