Adult Class Times

Adults have the option to book their class times for whenever they want, you can even book your class times during the kids class times but you will have to train along side the kids with me.

The only thing you are not allowed to train in during a kids class time slot is the combative program unless it is during the 13 to 17 year old time slot which is from 6pm - 6:45pm Monday to Friday.

Adult classes are 1 hour long unless you choose to train during the kids class time slot then your class is only 45 mins long.
