Mixed Martial Arts Program
The mixed martial arts program is a combination of styles which can be broken down into two main categories Striking and Grappling. Our program is geared to developing proper habits, positions, techniques and strategies needed to succeed in the sport of mixed martial arts. Too many times in the events the simple fundamentals for defence is not being used and you see fighters getting a beating instead of escaping. Here we emphasize strategy and concepts which develops an understanding of what works and why it does.
We prove and back up any position or concept we teach because we know it works when we say you can not be hurt in a position we prove it.
Our techniques are not all new just fundamentally sound and built on common sense with an emphasis on you being the smaller and weaker person in the confrontation.

Self-Defence
Our self-defence courses are again based on you being the smaller and weaker person in a confrontation. The course is developed around teaching you how to think in a situation before contact is made so that you are able to keep control of yourself because as you know once contact is made all you can do is react and do what you know. We emphasize effective first strikes, escapes from bad positions and how to properly cover up and protect yourself.

Fitness Program
The fitness program while increasing your cardio and overall fitness levels takes you through just about all the fundamental movements and techniques you need for mixed martial arts and self-defence . This program is a great way to lose weight and keep it off while having a lot of fun.
