Browne's Mixed Martial Arts
Our focus and specialty is improving people's ability to defend themselves. I don't care if you have been training for 20 years and fighting professionally for 12 years I guarantee I can make you better, show you strategies, techniques and concepts that right now are far superior to what you see today in the sport of MMA. With an emphasis on strategy and technique and a strong understanding of positional controls and advantages we teach you how to have a strong defence and from there we build an effective offence based on your set of attributes.
They say action speaks louder than words We agree, we will back up any claims that we make. This is not our ego talking just common sense techniques and strategies.

Browne's Self - Defence Programs
The self-defence programs are based on simple but effective pre-emptive strikes and effective escapes from bad positions. The programs are based on you being the smaller and weaker person in the confrontation and therefore a strong defensive strategy is the starting point from a technical point of view. The effectiveness of our street self-defence comes from understanding how to deal with fear and the adrenaline rush/dump.
The ability to defend yourself on the street is not based on your ability to fight but your ability to control the situation with your words and actions before the first strike is thrown.

Browne's Health & Fitness Program
The health & fitness program is a two part program if you so choose. The fitness program is about developing your cardiovascular system while toning and strengthening your body and increasing your coordination. While getting you into shape it will also be teaching you all the fundamental movements and techniques for the sport of MMA. The health side to the program is about developing good health, that is a strong immune system, healthy looking skin and healthy organs so the body can take care of itself.
What good is working your entire life and when it comes time to retire you cannot enjoy your retirement because of your physical state so make a lifestyle change to increase your health and fitness so you can enjoy your old age longer.
